PRESENTATION
The Constitutional Council of Cameroon is the body responsible for regulating the functioning of public authorities. It rules on the conformity of laws with the constitutional framework, as well as on the oversight of presidential and parliamentary elections.
Its composition, powers, applicable procedures, and administration are defined by the Constitution, the organic law, and subsequent decrees relating to the Constitutional Council.
