Constitutional Council Logo
A circular-shaped emblem on a background of the national colours.
The lower part consists of a base in the national colours, the left side of which is green in colour, and bears the words “Conseil Constitutionnel du Cameroun” in French and the right side which is yellow in colour, bears the words “Constitutional Council of Cameroon” in English, thereby reflecting the bilingualism of the State of Cameroon. The central part, red in colour and stamped with the golden star, bears the map of Cameroon on which stands a blindfolded woman holding a weight balance in her left hand and a sword the tip of which is pointing upwards in her right hand, all symbolising justice and equity for the consolidation of the Rule of Law.
The two edges of the emblem are each bordered by a palm with ten (10) leaves representing the ten (10) Regions of the country and connected to each other by an arc of eleven (11) stars referring to the number of members of the Constitutional Council.
This logo is affixed to all official documents of the Constitutional Council and any other medium allowing the Constitutional Council to be identified where and whenever necessary.
